Should i get Dragon Age Origins or wait for Dragon Age 2?

I was thinking about getting Origins on steam but then i remebered that the new one is coming out in March is it worth waiting or should i just get origins?Should i get Dragon Age Origins or wait for Dragon Age 2?
If you have the money (and the time), then yes, I would definitely recommend getting Dragon Age; Origins. It is one of the best games I have played in an awful long time and you can easily sink 150-200 hours into the game and still feel overwhelmed with things to do. Furthermore, in a report from Bioware (The game's developers), your actions and decisions made in Dragon Age: Origins will effect the story of Dragon Age 2.

One last thing: If you are thinking of Getting Origins, then I would recommend getting what is called the 'Ultimate Edition'. It includes all DLC from the game, which enhances your experience, it's expansion pack called 'Awakening' and gives you some new, epic weapons.

i would get dragon age origins,this is a great game.unfortunately they are changing most things in dragon age 2,the graphics look great but the game play and every thing else is suppose to be completely different.from what reviews i have read,they are saying that this game will not be as good as the original.i know this is there job to say these things because they are critics,but usually they try to push a new game,not stomp it out.i am hoping that there way off on this one because the first one is really good.hope this helps.have fun gaming.Should i get Dragon Age Origins or wait for Dragon Age 2?
Do you have the time available to play it and spare money? If so yes I have for the PS3 and played abit of it (got distracted by Uncharted 2 and then Fallout 3 gotta play it again some day) and it was entertaining and had a interesting story if you're interested in magic and hacking things with a sword. The followers are interesting aswell especially as I have a big war dog I named Bob :D.
