What class should I use in Dragon Age 2?

Between Mage, Warrior, and Rogue which one should I use? I've been kind of ruling out Mage because Carver is an a**hole but I guess I don't care. Also what weapons should I use? Thanks. What class should I use in Dragon Age 2?
If I were you, I would choose Rogue since that class gives you pretty good speed boost, though mage has very good mana and casts high damage spell. It's all your preference. Remember that all classes have weaknesses and strengths!

Good luck! What class should I use in Dragon Age 2?
Rogue is pretty fun, but it can be hard to play sometimes. It really just depends on your play style. If you want to be at the heart of the action, you choose warrior. If you want to play support, go mage. Otherwise, rogue. What class should I use in Dragon Age 2?
Well with warrior you're a dangerous battering ram

and with rogue you're faster and you don't require varric and isabella to pick locks
I typically pick Rogue over warrior.

Will the quanari depicted in the Dragon Age 2 trailer play a significant role in the game?

So far the only qunaris ive seen are the random ones i kill. Will the quanari depicted in the Dragon Age 2 trailer play a significant role in the game?
They are important to the story, but they are not the central conflict.

Question about Carver from Dragon Age 2?

The first time I played through Dragon Age 2 I chose not to bring Carver along with me for the dwarfs underground expedition. He left my group and joined the templars and I never got him back.

I was just curious if I agree to take him along with me if he'll still be in my party when Act 2 begins.Question about Carver from Dragon Age 2?
Carver has four possible fates in Dragon Age 2:

1. He is killed by the ogre instead of Bethany in the Prologue, if you choose to be a Rogue or Warrior

2. He comes with you on the expedition, but (Warden) Anders is also with you (there is no such thing as an ex-Marine and no such thing as an ex-Grey Warden!). He will be sickened by the taint, but Anders will flag down a fellow Grey Warden and call in a favor. Carver joins the Wardens and makes something of himself. You will see Warden Carver at the end of Act 2, and perhaps twice in Act 3 if you imported a saved game and do the quest to rescue Warden Nathaniel.

3. Carver comes with you into the Deep Roads, but Anders does not. Since you have no Grey Warden with you to locate the ones already in the Deep Roads, Carver dies of the taint and his story ends there.

4. Carver stays at home with Leandra. While you are in the Deep Roads, a bitter Carver joins the Templars. If you choose to side with the Mages, he will break with Meredith and stands with Cullen to oppose her when they are ordered to kill you In Act 3.Question about Carver from Dragon Age 2?
There are three options:

- Death (when taken on the expedition without Anders in the party)

- Joins Templar (Bethany 'joins' the Circle) when not part of the expedition

- Joins the Grey Wardens (when taken on the expedition AND Anders is in the party)Question about Carver from Dragon Age 2?
These are spoilers but as you asked i will tell.

He will die if you bring him

Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age: Origins, and why?

I was going to go for Mass Effect 2, but I'm scared that the playing hours is smaller than Dragon Age. Which one should I buy if I want to get really immersed into a game?Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age: Origins, and why?
Both have a lot of gameplay and high replay value. Having played both and absolutely loved both, get one now and save the other for later once you're finished with the first.Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age: Origins, and why?
Well, Mass Effect 2 is roughly around 30 hours of gameplay for your first run through. Dragon Age is around 120 hours of gameplay, so you should probably go with Dragon Age, since you will more than likely put the most time into it.Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age: Origins, and why?
Honestly, they are very similar games, so it really depends whether you want a Sci-Fi or Fantasy setting. Each will give you a lot of game time and multiple playthroughs.

How come the tactics change randomly everytime I level up in Dragon age 2?

It's annoying. And who would ever use tactics besides those who play in easy difficulty ? I always make them only attack so I can stop and use skill when I need to.

All my 8 companions tactics change. How come the tactics change randomly everytime I level up in Dragon age 2?
That can't really be helped. The tactics probably change because of the new spells and talents you gain. It might be really annoying but you might want to save your tactics and every time you level up choose the tactics you want again.

  • Dead rising 2 or dragon age origins?

My brother has dragon age origins and it looks pretty fun, but my friends on xbox live really like dead rising 2. Dragon age is a little more expensive but is it worth it? I love exploring games like fallout and oblivion, but is that what dead rising 2 is? I used to have dead rising 1.

I'm using Xbox 360 by the way.Dead rising 2 or dragon age origins?
In my opinion, Dragon age origins is better than dead rising. It is an RPG like Oblivion. I have it and it is my favorite video game ever. If you get dragon age and you like Oblivion, you won't be sorry you bought it.Dead rising 2 or dragon age origins?
Dead Rising 2 is quite similar to number 1 where you just kill endless amounts of zombies and construct awesome weapons such as chainsaws on paddles.

Dragon Age 2 is much like the first and it is worth it.Dead rising 2 or dragon age origins?
Dragon age origins is a RPG, and Dead Rising 2 is a open world where you fight zombies but it gets repetitive in my opinion.

In Dragon Age 2 does the storage chest upgrade your weapons?

In DOA when i put weapons and armor in my storage chest, when i came back to get them they would be upgraded in comparison to the level i was. Is this the same in DA2?In Dragon Age 2 does the storage chest upgrade your weapons?
No, it does not. However, there is equipment that will upgrade when you level, this is noted as a special effect just like e.g. "+3% physical damage".In Dragon Age 2 does the storage chest upgrade your weapons?
    no.
