Well it depends. Did you import your character into Awakening? Or did you use the default Orlesian warden? If you imported your character into Awakening, definitely choose a save from awakening. If not, I would go with the epilogue save.Dragon Age 2 Import Question?
Import from Awakening. That save should have all your DAO plot flags as well as Awakening's.
